So unfortunate that this dental company is more interested in making money than they are in customer service and retaining a new customer. I went in as a new patient, had the X-rays and brief exam, met the dentist who said I have not problems and will see me twice year for cleaning and checkups. When I checked out at the "financial desk" the girl told me the cleaning would be over $1900.00 - my cost!!!! what a scam. I would have been happy to go there as a regular patient, but do feel taken advantage of and wonder about the poor patients who do pay their fees without asking.

Staff was kind front desk to back! Walking in the receptionist was nothing but smiles and wasn't like here, there, sign. Hygienist Olga throughly explained my condition and made me feel comfortable in sharing my Hygienic Level. Financial Manager Erin was patient with me in asking questions about payment plans. Update(7/10) Michelle with the Deep Cleaning was amazing and Dr. Burnett and Assistant Ashley with my extractions!

I recently had an emergency appointment at Aspen Dental in Mays Landing, NJ with Dr. Burdock Instead of addressing my immediate concern — a broken crown — the focus of the visit shifted toward recommending a $30,000 implant treatment plan. I only needed one tooth replaced, yet the conversation centered more on high‑cost options than on resolving my urgent issue. This experience left me feeling that the practice prioritizes revenue over patient care. The only positive interaction I had during the visit was with the front desk staff member, who was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Following this appointment, I scheduled a visit with Dental Care, and they were able to see me the very next day. They addressed the problem promptly and replaced the crown without hesitation. Their responsiveness and patient‑centered approach were greatly appreciated.

an excellent operation well, a great experience all the state of the art. The doctor is so great. I have a perfect time and a great price with your insurance. I think this place is really really nice. Everybody work there is incredibly very beautiful and very polite. Specially, the reception Abby she’s really nice. I am so happy. She take care of me and direct me to the right place thank you so much.
